Fidenti Financial Planning was founded on a very straightforward belief: that professional financial advice must always serve the customer’s needs, not the advisor’s.
From our inception, our guiding principle has been that we will always carefully consider our customers’ individual goals and financial resources, and only make recommendations that — in our professional opinion — match these. This continues to be our mantra today.
We know that financial planning can be complex, using technical terms that our customers may be unfamiliar with. Therefore, we always give advice as clearly as we can, encouraging clients to ask for further explanation when needed. We will always present honestly the pros and cons of a product or course of action.
We also recognise that financial planning can touch on difficult issues for our customers, and we aim to be sensitive and open in all our discussions.
Above everything, we promise to hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and be worthy of your trust.
How we work
To provide a service that’s truly tailored to you, we start off by trying to get the big picture of your goals. We’ll meet in a time and place that’s convenient for you, for a broad discussion about your financial requirements and aspirations — as well as any concerns you may have. Following this, we’ll go through the ways in which our service could help you. This initial meeting is free and there’s no obligation to take it further.
If you decide you’d like to use our services, we will carry out a thorough assessment of your individual situation, consider the available options, and produce our recommendations. We’ll provide you with a detailed financial report, which we’ll discuss in a follow up meeting. In this meeting, we’ll fully explain our recommendations and answer any questions.
We’ll make our fees clear before you agree on any course of action, together with your payment options. These are then confirmed in a written agreement. After our recommendations are put in place, we will of course be able to support you with any further concerns or queries, as well as reviewing your situation.
